    We're all about lazy keto meals, especially when things get hectic. And when things get hectic, it's important to be ready with quick and easy keto meals, so you don't eat something you'll regret.

    Lazy keto meals should require minimal preparation. That means using minimal ingredients and buying prepared ingredients, like store-bought rotisserie chicken, dressings and sauces.
