    What is Lazy Keto?

    Lazy keto is a less restrictive form of the keto diet in which you simply manage your intake of carbohydrates, usually 20 grams or less per day. Under lazy keto, you don't have to manage your macronutrients like protein or fat or even calories. Because of this, it can make the keto diet easier to follow and manage.
