This low carb tortilla pizza checks all the boxes: it's delicious, fast and easy, cheesy with a thin, crispy crust, and low in carbs! Hard to beat when the cravings hit!

Yes, this is one of the fastest ways to make a low-carb pizza. And it may be one of your favorite low-carb pizzas, too! It's full of cheesy goodness with a light, crispy crust, and you can add whatever toppings you like. Plus, it's done in 10 minutes. Hard to beat that.
It's simply made with your favorite low-carb tortilla (if you don't have one, check out our low-carb tortilla review), Rao's pasta sauce, shredded cheese, and any preferred toppings.
We first crisp the tortilla in a 400 degree F oven for a few minutes, then add the sauce, cheese and toppings, and bake for another 3 minutes and that's it. Then, serve with a side salad or veggies and your meal is done!
The net carbs, of course, will depend on the net carbs of the low-carb tortilla. Most low-carb tortillas are about 4 net carbs or so per tortilla.
Key Ingredients

Just a few notes on key ingredients:
- Low-carb tortilla: There are a lot of low-carb tortillas on the market now and some are pretty decent. Most have between 4 to 6 net carbs per tortilla. If you don't have a favorite yet, check out our low-carb tortilla review here.
- Rao's Arrabbiata Sauce: We recommend Rao's Arrabbiata Sauce since it's one the best low-carb sauces out there (in terms of carbs, taste and clean ingredients). We use Arrabbiata, but you can also use Rao's regular marinara sauce or another low-carb sauce of your preference. Just be sure to check the net carbs as different brands and flavors may have more carbs.
- Shredded mozzarella: We simply use pre-shredded mozzarella, but you can also combine with parmesan or another shredded cheese of choice.
How To Make
STEP 1: Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F. Place tortilla on sheet pan and lightly spray or brush with olive oil. After oven is done preheating, toast tortilla about a minute per side (don't forget to flip). Be sure to keep watch as it crisps fast and you don't want to burn.

STEP 2: Evenly spread ¼ cup of Rao's sauce on top of tortilla. Then, sprinkle on ½ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. Add other toppings as desired.

STEP 3: Return back to oven and bake for 3 or so minutes, until cheese is melted. Slice and serve immediately.

NOTE: We found that crisping the low-carb tortilla in a pan before baking in the oven made the tortilla more tough and chewy. Also, if you place all the ingredients on the tortilla without first crisping in the oven, the crust will remain a little soft or even doughy.
NOTE: Not all low-carb tortillas bake or crisp the same due to differing ingredients.

This was SO good! I will definitely make it again. The best part, other than the taste & the ease in preparing, was that I was able to make a whole pizza totalling around 1 - 2 Carbs!! I used Guerrero Zero Net Carbs Street Taco/ Mini Tortillas, and yes they have no net carbs! Then I found Rao's Brand Pizza Sauce only has 2 grams net carbs in 1/4 Cup, I only used 1 - 2 Tbsp per pizza so it's only about 1 gram of carbs in 2 Tbsp of sauce! I used no carb Mozz & Pepperoni so my pizza only had about 1 gram net carb per pizza, freaking amazing! Thank you
We'll have to try the Rao's pizza sauce. We make these tortilla pizzas so much that we should just splurge and buy the Rao's pizza sauce. Will have to try the new Guerrero zero carb tortillas too! Thanks for the recs and the post!
Great, reminds me of a New York thin crust
