Heinz No Sugar Added Tomato Ketchup

Heinz no-sugar added ketchup is one the tastiest keto-friendly ketchups on the market. It's made with keto-friendly ingredients like tomato concentrate, vinegar, salt and stevia leaf extract. One tablespoon of Heinz No-Sugar Added Ketchup is 1 gram of net carbs, which is much less than regular Heinz ketchup at 5 grams of net carbs per tablespoon (since it's made with high-fructose corn syrup).
And ketchup is a must for enjoying hot dogs, hamburgers, meatloaf, and more!
Sugar-Free Barbeque Sauce

Over the past several years, a few tasty sugar-free and keto-friendly barbeque sauces have hit the market. Our two favorite barbeque sauces are Ray's No-Sugar Added Barbeque Sauce and G. Hughes Sugar-Free Smokehouse Barbeque Sauce. G. Hughes is a more smokey sauce while Ray's is a sweeter barbeque sauce that tastes similar to its original sauce. They're both pretty darn tasty, it's just a matter of what you prefer.

And barbeque sauce is a must for so many meat dishes like BBQ ribs, BBQ chicken, pulled pork, and brisket.
Salsa

You can find a lot of salsas made without sugar and one of our favorites is Tostitos Medium Salsa. But, there are many more salsas than Tostitos that are sugar-free. Just be sure to check the ingredients and that it's low in carbs. Tostitos salsa is just 1 gram of net carbs per 2 tablespoons. Ingredients are tomato puree, diced tomatoes in tomato juice jalapeno peppers, onions, vinegar, salt, garlic powder and natural flavor.
Of course, you can pair salsa with keto-friendly tortilla chips, as a topping on tacos (made with carnitas or barbacoa and low-carb tortillas), hot dogs, hamburgers, or you can even use as a dip for fresh-cut veggies.
Spicy Mustard

Most mustards are already low in carbs and don't typically include sugar. We love spicy mustard and typically get Gulden's Spicy Brown Mustard. It's got clean ingredients and is 0 grams of net carbs per teaspoon. You can also consider yellow mustard or Dijon mustard if you like. However, you’ll want to avoid some flavored mustards such as honey mustard because of the added sugar. As always, be sure to check the ingredients and the net carbs before buying.
We love spicy mustard on hot dogs, hamburgers, salmon and as dipping sauce for keto chicken tenders.
Harissa

Harissa is a hot chili sauce from Northern Africa that livens up meats and veggies with a little heat. Some of our favorite dishes include harissa including harissa chicken and cauliflower and harissa shrimp. But, there are so many more.
Mina Harissa is a well-known brand that uses clean and simple ingredients and is only 1 net carb per tablespoon. However, some harissa brands have more net carbs than others. Check the ingredients and avoid any with added sugar. When it comes to net carbs, we recommending sticking to 1 gram of net carbs per tablespoon (and not teaspoon!).
Sugar-Free Jam or Jelly

Yes, jams and jellies are condiments! And we love the sweetness that keto-friendly jams add to low-carb bread, crackers, yogurt, cookies and more.
We recently did a taste test of low-carb and keto-friendly jams and our favorite brand was Nature's Hollow. They make a tasty sugar-free mountain berry preserve, which you likely wouldn't even guess is keto-friendly or low in carbs (but it is!). Sambal

Sambal Oelek is a spicy chili sauce that originates from Indonesia. It's somewhat similar to Sriracha or other Asian chili sauces/pastes, but it has no added sugar. Because of this, we prefer to use this chili sauce in our low-carb and keto recipes.
We get Huy Fong, which you can find at most grocers. It's got keto-friendly ingredients and is 0 grams of net carbs per teaspoon. And with this chili sauce, a little goes a long way in terms of flavor and spice.
Our favorite sambal recipes include keto spicy salmon, sambal aioli, and spicy keto edamame.
Sauerkraut

Sauerkraut is a type of fermented cabbage that is low in carbs (only 2 net carbs per cup!) and an excellent source of probiotics, vitamin C, and iron. When purchasing, look for non-pasteurized sauerkraut that doesn't include any added sugars or preservatives.
Bubbies is a popular sauerkraut that is 0 net carbs per ¼ cup. We love to include it on brats, sausages or hot dogs, but you can also have it with hamburgers, pork chops or all by itself.
Frank's Hot Sauce

If your love chicken wings or anything with buffalo sauce, you need to have hot sauce! Hot sauce is typically low in carbs since it's a combination of peppers, vinegar and seasonings.
Frank's is one of the best hot sauces, and you can find it at most stores or online. It's just 0 grams of net carbs per teaspoon. Ingredients include aged cayenne red peppers, distilled vinegar, water, salt and garlic powder. Be sure to check out our spicy chicken wings and buffalo chicken stuffed peppers!
Rao's Marinara Sauce

Rao’s sauce has got to be one of the best jarred pasta sauces out there! Not only is it one of the tastiest, but it's also low in net carbs (5 grams net carb per half cup) and has simple, keto-friendly ingredients. Ingredients are simply tomatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, onions, garlic, basil, and oregano.
We use Rao's sauce in so many dishes including many non-traditional dishes. We love it in our low-carb tortilla pizza, keto chicken tikka masala and microwave meatballs.
