We tried and ranked 10 of the most popular sugar-free and keto maple flavored syrups to go with your pancakes, desserts and more!

With so many sugar-free pancake syrups on the market (a wonderful thing!), it can be hard to determine which syrup may be best for you. Some keto syrups are runny, don't taste quite right or include less than ideal ingredients.
We bought and tried 10 sugar-free and keto syrup brands, which can be found on Amazon or at some large grocers. While we primarily ranked the sauces on taste, we also considered syrup consistency, ingredients, net carbs, cost and availability.
Although none of the sugar-free or keto syrups are replicas of regular maple syrup, there are several that taste similar to maple syrup and are decent in flavor. However, each syrup comes with its own positives and negatives.
To help with decision making, we've listed the net carbs, ingredients, Amazon rating, and pros and cons of each sugar-free syrup. Here is our ranking of the best low-carb and keto-friendly breakfast syrups.

Review of Sugar-Free & Keto Maple Flavored Syrups
1. Smuckers Sugar Free Breakfast Syrup

Smuckers sugar-free syrup is a sweet, buttery syrup that is thicker in consistency, similar to regular syrup. And although the flavor is more buttery, it's a tasty syrup (my son's favorite) that pours like maple syrup. It also gets the highest reviews on Amazon, compared to others in this list. The ingredients do include additives and sucralose, which may not be appropriate for those on a strict keto diet. We haven't seen it at stores yet, but it's probably just a matter of time given that it's Smuckers.

With many positive Amazon reviews, we were hoping to like this syrup more than we did. Unfortunately, we found the syrup to be quite sweet with a chemical-like aftertaste. However, it did have maple undertones and was slightly thicker in consistency. Even though it's low in carbs, the ingredients include vegetable glycerin, which may not be appropriate for some on a strict keto diet. This is the most expensive syrup in our review.

However, it's one of the more expensive sugar-free syrup on this list.
