    These keto and low carb cottage cheese recipes are delicious, low in carbs, high in protein, healthy and easy to make!

    Cottage cheese has made a comeback and we're quite happy about it! And it makes sense since it's a healthier dairy product, which is high in protein and low in fat and calories. Although it may be slightly higher in carbs (still only 3 net carbs per half cup!) than other cheese products, it can easily be incorporated into a low carb or keto diet!

    While not everyone may enjoy the taste of it (we happen to love it), you may not even notice it in recipes in which it serves as a substitute to cream cheese, yogurt or sour cream. We love using cottage cheese in our buffalo chicken dip and bolognese spaghetti sauce since they're deliciously creamy and tasty, but also high in protein and low in calories.
