Cottage cheese has made a comeback and we're quite happy about it! And it makes sense since it's a healthier dairy product, which is high in protein and low in fat and calories. Although it may be slightly higher in carbs (still only 3 net carbs per half cup!) than other cheese products, it can easily be incorporated into a low carb or keto diet!
