Best Store-Bought Keto Movie Snacks
Cookies and Cream Sandwich Cookies

If you're an Oreo lover, then you'll likely love these Cookies and Cream Sandwich Cookies by Rip Van Leo. They're sweet and crunchy and taste similar to regular Oreo cookies. The biggest problem with these cookies is limiting yourself to just a few because they're pretty darn tasty. Two of these cookies and cream sandwich cookies are 5 net carbs. The ingredients are decent and include include palm fruit oil, vegetable fiber, sugar, milk protein, wheat flour, allulose, sugar cane fiber, cocoa processed with alkali, wheat starch, oat fiber, sea salt, baking soda, chocolate extract, sunflower lecithin, vanilla extract, stevia leaf extract.
Pork Rinds

Pork rinds are a tasty zero-carb, chip-like option when you're looking for something crunchy and salty. Pork rinds are made of pig skin, which is boiled, dried, and deep fried. They're crispy, puff-like chips that are salty and somewhat meaty in flavor. Our favorite brand of pork rinds is 4505 Chicharrones Pork Rinds. Our favorite flavor is the Jalapeno Cheddar, which is slightly spicy with a subtle cheddar flavor. That said, most of their other flavors are pretty good. You can find these at most grocers.
Zero Sugar Beef Jerky

Jerky is a great, protein-rich snack to keep your mouth busy while watching a flick. And since jerky is higher in protein, it'll likely keep you satisfied for a longer period of time. When purchasing a keto-friendly jerky, we prefer to purchase zero-sugar jerky. Our favorite jerky is Tillamook Zero-Sugar Beef Jerky. It's only 1 gram of carbs per serving and can be found at many large grocers. It comes in a variety of flavors like hot and spicy and black pepper. Ingredients include beef, gluten free soy sauce (water, soybeans, rice, salt), beef broth, flavorings, vinegar, granulated garlic, and salt.
Chocolate Peanut Candies

A classic movie theater sweet treat is M&M candies. And for an M&M copycat, these Atkin's Chocolate peanut candies are pretty darn tasty. You can usually find these candies at larger grocers like Kroger and Target and the bags are easy to fit in your pocket or bag if you're sneaking into the movie theater. One serving is only 1 net carb, but you should be aware that the ingredients include include maltitol, which can cause stomach issues and may not be appropriate for those on a strict keto diet.
Keto Tortilla Chips

Tortilla chip lovers, this is for you! In terms of keto-friendly tortilla chips, Quest and Hilo Life are two of the best tasting chips on the market. Both are fashioned after Doritos and come in similar flavors (nacho cheese, ranch, etc.). Neither of them taste like regular Doritos (as you might expect given the low-carb ingredients), but they're pretty decent when you're craving something crunchy and salty. We find the texture of Hilo Life chips a little better than Quest tortilla chips (which are also decent but higher in protein). We like the spicy salsa and nacho cheese flavors. The ingredients are decent and you can find them at most grocers.
Dark Chocolate Almond Bark

ChocZero makes tasty keto dark chocolate bark with almonds, which is a yummy treat when you're craving a chocolate snack. And the dark chocolate and almond bark gets the flavor right — in fact, you may not even guess it's sugar-free or keto-friendly. ChocZero also makes milk chocolate and white chocolate bark with almonds, which aren't too bad but not as good the the dark chocolate. Many large grocers sell ChocZero bark like Whole Foods or Kroger. Each serving is about 4 by 2 inches and 2 grams of net carbs.
Keto Ice Cream

Ice cream in another indulgent movie snack that's sweet and creamy. Rebel Ice Cream produces one of the tastiest keto-friendly ice creams on the market. Plus, their ice creams use quality, keto-friendly ingredients and have some of the lowest net carbs per serving (compared to other keto ice creams on the market). And, you can find their ice creams at many large grocers. The net carbs in Rebel Ice Creams range from 4 to 8 net grams per serving depending on the flavor. Popular flavors include salted caramel (our favorite), triple chocolate, butter pecan, mint chip, coffee chip, peanut butter fudge, vanilla, and strawberry.
Keto Peanut Butter Cups

Of course you can have peanut butter cups during a movie! More brands are selling keto-friendly peanut butter cups like Lily's, Atkins, Quest and ChocZero. Of course, none of these are replicas of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, but they're pretty decent in terms of taste and texture. We prefer to purchase Quest Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups since they're tasty, high in protein (11 grams per serving), and two cups are just 1 gram of net carbs. You can find these at most large grocers.
Cheese Crisps

If you love cheese, then cheese crisps are an ideal crunchy movie snack. Cheese crisps are made with cheese that is is baked until light and crispy. They come in a variety of flavors like parmesan, cheddar and nacho, and you can find them at most large grocers. Cheese crisps typically have between zero to two carbs per serving, depending on the cheese, flavoring or brand. Two of the most popular cheese crisps on the market are Whisps and Parm Crisps. In terms of flavor and texture, we prefer Whisps. It's because they're lighter and more airy in texture than Parm Crisps. Our favorite flavor is Asiago & Pepper Jack.
