A quick roundup of 12 high-protein, low-carb Costco staples we actually buy to make healthy eating fast and easy.

We always love checking out the new food products at Costco. And, of course, we're always checking out their low-carb protein products!
Here are 12 of our favorite Costco products that we actually buy and reach for again and again. These aren’t your typical raw meats, seafood, or basic dairy. Rather, they’re ready-to-eat or easy-prep products that make quick breakfasts, lunches, snacks, or dinners.
Most are fairly tasty, even the healthy ones, and they make sticking to health goals much easier when life gets busy. We love having a few of these in our fridge or pantry for grab-and-go times or lazy nights when we don’t want to cook.

Favorite High-Protein, Low-Carb Costco Products
1. Catalina Crunch Cinnamon Toast Cereal
One of our favorite protein cereals that's low in carbs. We love the cinnamon flavor and how crunchy it stays in almond milk. It’s also great for snacking straight from the bag when we want something sweet. Macros: 11g protein, 5g net carbs
Recipes with this: Cottage Cheese Peanut Butter Cereal Bowl, High Protein Muddy Buddies, High Protein Cereal Clusters

2. Magic Spoon Fruity Cereal
This one feels like a treat but it's another high-protein, low-carb cereal. It’s sweet, colorful, and is reminiscent of Fruit Loops (but without all the sugar!). Great with almond milk or sprinkled on yogurt. Macros: 13g protein, 4g net carbs.
Recipes with this: Protein Fruity Marshmallow Treats

3. Safe Catch Ahi Yellowfin Tuna
We keep these cans in our pantry for quick lunches or snacks. We specifically buy Safe Catch since it tests their tuna to a mercury limit 10x stricter than the FDA. Macros: 26g protein, 0g carbs.
Recipe with this: Edamame Tuna Salad, Mexican Style Tuna Salad, Protein Tuna Muffins

4. Wilde Protein Chips (Buffalo)
These are made from chicken breast instead of potatoes, so they're crunchy and packed with protein. We grab them when we want something fast and salty. The buffalo flavor has a nice kick. Macros: 10g protein, 5g net carbs.

5. Amylu Breakfast Sausages
We actually eat these more for dinner (as part of a sheet pan meal with veggies) than for breakfast. Their fully-cooked chicken links so you can even heat them in the microwave. Good ingredients and macros. Macros: 11g protein, 0g carb.

6. The Only Bean Crunchy Roasted Edamame
The tastiest roasted edamame out there! These are crunchy, salty, satisfying, and a healthy take-and-go snack. Plus, they got some fiber. Macros: 11g protein, 2g net carbs.

7. Tillamook Zero Sugar Beef Jerky
We love Tillamook beef jerky since it’s smoky, chewy, and not loaded with sugar like most jerkies. Another good take-and-go snack option to change things up. Macros: 14g protein, 0g carbs.

8. Chobani High Protein Low Fat Yogurt
These yogurt cups are fairly tasty (especially for the amount of protein they have) and come in different flavors. We'll typically grab a cup and stir in fruit or protein cereal for breakfast or as a snack. Macros: 20g protein, 7-9g net carbs (depending on flavor).

9. Amylu Basil & Parmesan Meatballs
These meatballs make dinner so easy since you just heat, top with sauce, and eat. The basil and parmesan are low in carbs and pair well with marinara, zucchini noodles or roasted veggies. Great ingredients and macros. Macros: 17g protein, 2g net carbs.

10. Fairlife Core Power Chocolate Milk
When time is short, this is a good to-go morning or post-workout drink. It’s rich, chocolatey, and surprisingly low in carbs for how good it tastes. Just grab from the fridge and go. Macros: 26g protein, 6g net carbs.

11. Fresh Additions Fully Cooked Chicken Bites
These are ideal for throwing in low-carb quesadillas, salads or other dishes. They’re seasoned, fully cooked and can make life simple when you're short on time. Macros: 24g protein, 3g net carbs.

12. Mission Hill Bistro Smoked Sliced Beef Brisket
If you love brisket as much a my husband, then you might want to try this. It heats up fast and is tender and smokey. However, you really need to pair it with sugar-free BBQ sauce to give it flavor. For a brisket, the macros are decent. Macros: 15g protein, 3g carbs.
