Here are our favorite keto recipes made with Boursin cheese, including stuffed mushrooms, creamy chicken and creamed spinach.

Often times, we'll use certain ingredients as "flavor bombs" to infuse flavor into a dish with less ingredients. And Boursin cheese is one of those "flavor-bomb" ingredients for us. (And, no, we don't engage in any partnership or sponsorships with Boursin!).
Boursin not only enhances the flavor complexity of a dish, but makes it nice and creamy. It works well in soups, sauces, appetizers and snacks. Of course, you can even serve it alone with low-carb crackers or fresh-cut veggies.
While it's fairly low in carbs, it's quite high in fat and calories so we try not to go overboard with it. As always, moderation is key!

What is Boursin cheese?
Boursin is a gournay cheese that is creamy and slightly crumbly and flavored with herbs and other ingredients. It's typically used as a spread on crackers, bread or vegetables. The ingredients in the garlic and fine herb blend include pasteurized cultured milk and cream, garlic, salt, white pepper, parsley and chives.
Is Boursin low-carb and keto-friendly?
Yes, in moderation, of course! There is 1 gram of net carbs in every two tablespoons of the garlic and fine herb blend.
