Here is our round-up of the best store-bought low-carb and keto crunchy snacks!
Quest Tortilla Protein Chip or Hilo Life Tortilla Style Chips

Quest and Hilo Life are two of the best tasting tortilla-style chips on the market right now. Both are fashioned after Doritos and are somewhat similar in terms of taste and texture (click here for a detailed review of each). Many grocers now sell both of these brands, so they're somewhat easy to find and, of course, you can always purchase them on Amazon.

PORK RINDS

Pork rinds are a tasty zero-carb snack when you're looking for something crunchy and salty. Pork rinds are made of pig skin, which is boiled, dried, and deep fried. They're crispy, puff-like chips that are salty and somewhat meaty in flavor. Our favorite brand is 4505 Chicharrones Pork Rinds, which is keto-certified and uses humanely-raised, all-natural pork with no added hormones or antibiotics. Our favorite flavor is the Jalapeno Cheddar, which is slightly spicy with a subtle cheddar flavor.

CHEESE CRISPS

If you love cheese, then cheese crisps are an ideal keto crunchy snack. That’s because cheese crisps are simply made with cheese, which is baked until light and crispy. Two of the most popular cheese crisps on the market are Whisps and Parm Crisps. In terms of flavor and texture, we prefer Whisps since they're lighter and more airy in texture than Parm Crisps.

SOLA MAPLE PECAN CHOCOLATE GRANOLA

This crunchy, keto-friendly snack is high in protein (14 grams) and low in carbs (4 grams of net carbs). You can find it at many large supermarkets like Kroger or online. Most of the ingredients are keto-friendly with the exception of maltitol, which is apparently minimal in amount, anywhere from 0.5 to 4 grams per serving.

CATALINA CRUNCH MIX KETO HEALTHY SNACK MIX

If you love Chex Mix, then you'll likely enjoy the taste of Catalina Crunch's low-carb and keto-friendly snack mix, which comes in a variety of flavors (like cheddar, creamy ranch, traditional and spicy kick). The mixes are made with a combination of nuts, chickpea pretzels and Catalina Crunch Cereal. Our favorite flavor is cheddar, which tastes similar to cheddar Chex Mix. The ingredients do include some not-so-friendly keto ingredients like tapioca starch, potato fiber, chickpea flour, etc. Therefore, if you're following a strict keto diet, then you may want to pass up.

COOKIES & CREAM SANDWICH COOKIES

Crunchy cookies that taste similar to Oreos? Yes, please! We recently tried other low-carb cookies & cream sandwich cookies and these Rip Van Leos were our favorite. They are sweetened with a little regular sugar (along with with allulose and stevia), but are still rather low in net carbs (5 net carbs per 2 cookies) per serving. However, if you follow a strict keto diet, then you may want to pass up. Another tasty alternative is Catalina Crunch's Chocolate Vanilla Sandwich Cookies.

DRY ROASTED EDAMAME

We love these crunchy dry roasted edamame snacks since they're healthy, high in fiber (9 grams per serving), low in carbs (7 grams per serving) and high in protein (20 grams per serving). And if you love a little wasabi kick, then you'll likely love these (or you can get the sea salt flavor if you prefer). Plus, they're made with just 3 simple ingredients: soybeans, sea salt and wasabi powder. Please note that since edamame is legume, you may want to pass these up if you follow a strict keto diet.

PICKLE SNACK PACKS

Pickles are now sold in snack packs and can be a good keto snack if you're craving something salty and crunchy. You can typically find pickle snack packs at grocers, like these SuckerPunch pickle chips. The above flavor is classic dill and it's only 2 grams of net carbs and 10 calories. Not all flavors are low in carbs, though. For example, SuckerPunch sells a bread and butter flavor, which has 9 grams of net carbs (not really keto friendly). Just be sure to always check the net carbs whenever you buy seasoned or flavored pickles.

We love these wasabi seaweed snacks from Annie Chun as a replacement for chips. They're light and crispy, and the wasabi adds a punch of flavor. They're a healthy, crunchy snack that comes without the guilt. Each serving is only 1 gram of net carbs and just 20 calories. They also come in sea salt flavor.

Nuts are another good snack option if you're looking for something salty and crunchy. Some considerations include almonds, macadamia nuts, pecans, sunflower seeds and walnuts. Blue Diamond sells a variety of seasoned almonds packs. These Blue Diamond lightly salted almonds are only 1 gram of net carbs per serving.
Just be cautious when selecting flavored or seasoned nuts as some may contain sugar or other ingredients that aren't so keto friendly. To be sure, always check the net carbs on the nutrition label.

VEGGIE SNACK TRAY

Most grocers now sell smaller take-and-go veggie snack trays, which typically include a combination fresh cut veggies like broccoli, cauliflower, celery, carrots or grape tomatoes. Carrots and tomatoes are higher in carbs, so if these are included, you may want to eat in moderation. These packs typically include a ranch dressing for dipping, which is also fairly low in carbs.

JULIAN BAKERY PRIMAL THIN CRACKERS

If you're looking for crackers and cheese, then one of the crispiest crackers you can get are these Primal Thin Crackers by Julian Bakery. They’re light, thin, crispy crackers that pair well with cheese and/or dips. They have a natural, earthy taste, which is mainly flavored by toasted flax seeds. The ingredients aren't entirely ideal due to the inclusion of tapioca flour. However, tapioca flour is lower in the list of ingredients (4th ingredient) and therefore lower in amount. That said, if you’re strict keto, then you may want to pass these up.
