We go to Kroger grocery stores several times a week since they're so close to our house. And, thankfully, most Kroger stores sell plenty of quality, take-and-go snacks that are low-carb and keto friendly.
Here is a list of more than 20 low-carb and keto-friendly snacks that you can typically find at Kroger stores. Depending on your local store, you may not have access to all these options, but you should be able to find a majority of these products. P3 Snack Packs

P3 Portable Protein Packs are produced by Oscar mayor and are convenient take-and go snacks. This P3 with turkey, ham and cheddar is just 2 grams of net carbs and 14 grams of protein.
P3 packs come with a variety of snack items and not all are keto-friendly. Therefore, it's best to choose the packs with chopped lunch meat, cheese and nuts. And be sure to always check the number of carbs on each pack. Keep in mind this snack needs to be refridgerated.
Dry Roasted Edamame

One of our favorite new snacks are these high-in-protein, crunchy, dry-roasted edamame. And if you love a little wasabi kick, then you'll likely love these as well (or you can get the sea salt flavor if you prefer).
We love these crunchy edamame snacks since they're healthy, high in fiber (6 grams per serving), low in carbs (4 grams per serving) and high in protein (14 grams per serving). They're also made with simple ingredients: soybeans, sea salt, wasabi powder. Not all Kroger stores carry these, but if you see them, give 'em a try.
Keto Yogurt: Ratio or Two Good

Most Kroger stores sell Two Good and/or Ratio keto yogurt. Many stores even sell individual packs for take-and-go convenience. They're both tasty options and have 3 grams or less of net carbs per serving. They both come in a variety of flavors like strawberry, vanilla, blueberry, coconut, etc.
These keto-friendly yogurts are filling, protein-rich snacks that can keep you satisfied between meals. Just remember the yogurt needs to be refridgerated if you're not eating it right away.
Tuna, Salmon or Chicken "Snack" Packs

You can buy seasoned tuna, chicken or salmon snack packs that you can eat right out of the package with a spoon or fork. However, you'll need to check the net carbs on each package as some flavors include sugar and other carbs. This Lemon Pepper Tuna Creations, for example, is a good option since it contains less than 1 gram of net carbs and has 19 grams of protein.
Kroger also carries Safe Catch, which is an excellent brand if you're okay with plain, unseasoned tuna or salmon. It's because they rely on sustainably-caught fish that is low in mercury.
Pickle Snack Packs

Pickles are now sold in snack packs and can be a good keto snack if you're craving something salty and crunchy. Kroger sells these Snappy pickle chips. The above flavor is classic dill and it's only 2 grams of net carbs and 10 calories.
Not all flavors are low in carbs, though. For example, Snappy sellls a bread and butter flavor, which has 9 grams of net carbs (not really keto friendly). Just be sure to always check the net carbs whenever you buy seasoned or flavored pickles.
Keto Ice Cream

If you have access to a freezer, then keto-friendly ice cream is a sweet and creamy treat. Rebel ice cream is our favorite keto ice cream, and we believe most Kroger stores now carry Rebel ice cream.
Here is their salted caramel ice cream, which is pretty darn yummy. And it's hard to believe a full pint is just 5 grams of net carbs!
Seaweed Snacks

We love these wasabi seaweed snacks from Annie Chun as a replacement for chips. They're light and crispy, and the wasabi adds a punch of flavor!
Each serving is only 1 gram of net carbs and just 25 calories. They also come in sea salt flavor.
Pork Rinds

Flavored pork rinds are another salty and crunchy snack item that are keto friendly. Our favorite pork rinds are these 4505 chicharrones, which are sold at most Kroger stores.
Each serving has zero carbs and 7 grams of protein. Other flavors include Jalapeno, Classic Chili, Green Chili Lim and Smokehouse BBQ.
Keto Granola

Sola keto-friendly granola is now available at many Kroger stores. We love keto granola as a sweet, crunchy snack. Plus, it's high in protein (14 grams) and low in carbs (4 grams of net carbs).
Sola granola comes in different flavors like maple pecan chocolate (yum!) and vanilla almond. Plus, it's a quick breakfast option when served with almond milk!
Keto Nut Bars

Ratio makes keto-friendly nut bars that are sold at various Kroger stores. These crunchy nut bars are great for the car, hiking or whenever you're out and about. The taste of the bars isn't too bad, but they're a little drier than we expected. Still a decent snacking option, though.
As you can see, each bar is just 2 grams of net carbs and 12 grams of protein.
Paninos

These salami and cheese paninos are a delicious and savory snack option. Plus, they have no carbs and are a pretty filling snack. You do have to keep them refridgerated, so that may or may not impact your decision.
In case you're not familiar, Simple Truth is a Kroger brand that puts out a variety of quality and/or organic products.
Nuts

Nuts are another good snack option if you're looking for something salty and crunchy. Some considerations include almonds, macadamia nuts, pecans, sunflower seeds and walnuts. Blue Diamond sells a variety of sesasoned almonds packs. These lightly-salted almonds, shown above, are 2 grams of net carbs per serving and 6 grams of protein.
Just be cautious when selecting flavored or seasoned nuts as some may contain sugar or other ingredients that aren't so keto friendly. To be sure, always check the net carbs on the nutition label.
Quest Protein Bars

In terms of high-protein, keto snacks, Quest bars are at the top of the list. In fact, they're one of the best protein bars out there. These Quest Double Chocolate Chunk bars are one of our favorites. Each bar has just 4 net carbs and 20 grams of protein.
Our other favorite flavor is Birthday Cake (a favorite flavor of many Quest bar fans). And, if you're hangry between meals, one of these bars should keep you going since they're quite filling.
Keto Tortilla-Style Chips

Two of the most popular, keto-friendly tortilla chips include Hilo Life chips and Quest protein chips. And both are sold at most Kroger stores.
Per serving, Hilo Life's nacho chips are 3 grams of carbs and 9 grams of protein. Quest nacho protein chips are 4 grams of net carbs and 18 grams of protein. Both brands taste fairly similar, but we prefer the quest chips due to the level of protein. Similar to Doritos, these tortilla chips come in nacho and ranch flavors.
Cheese Crisps

Keto cheese crisps are simply made with baked cheese, and sometimes, a few seasonings. They're another crunchy keto snack option that has zero carbs. Plus, they're high in protein (12 grams per serving). Cheese crisps come in different flavors like parmesan and cheddar.
As mentioned earlier, Simple Truth is a Kroger brand that puts out a variety of quality and/or organic products. You can find cheese crisps by other brands as well.
Keto Cookies

Kroger sells several different types of keto-friendly cookies, including these High Key chocolate chip mini cookies. HighKey Chocolate Chip Mini Cookies are our favorite keto-friendly cookie since they taste similar to regular, full-carb cookies. And, for 6 mini cookies, there are only 2 grams of net carbs.
Kroger also sells keto-friendly Quest cookies, which aren't too bad, if you're looking for something higher in protein. Both are good options if you're wanting something sweet.
Keto Chocolate Snacks

If you're craving chocolate, there are several keto-friendly, sugar-free options you can find at Kroger — like these Lily's Peanut Butter Cups. These peanut butter cups are 4 grams of net carbs per peanut butter cup (8 grams of net carbs for a pack of two).
These chocolate snacks are higher in net carbs than other products on this list, but they are, afterall, chocolate candy snacks. Kroger also sells Lily's sugar-free chocolate bars and other keto-friendly chocolate sweets, too.
Zero Sugar Beef Jerky

When purchasing a keto-friendly jerky, we prefer to purchase zero-sugar jerky. That said, you can consider other jerky alternatives as long as you check the nutrition label for net carbs, as some have more carbs than others.
There are a few decent zero-sugar jerky options at Kroger. Here are Chomps Zero-Sugar Chomplings, which are pretty tasty and have no carbs or sugar. Since jerky is higher in protein, it'll likely keep you satisfied for a longer period of time. Unfortunately, we haven't seen our favorite jerky product at Kroger: Tillamook Zero-Sugar Beef Jerky. But, who knows, maybe someday soon.
Cheese Snacks

You can't go wrong cheese in terms of carbs — most cheeses are low-carb and keto friendly. And there are quite a few cheeses being sold as take-and-go snack options now.
These Tillamook cheddar cheese snacks are pretty tasty and have less than 1 gram of net carbs per snack pack. If you're looking for a cheese lower in saturated fat, then you should go with mozzarella cheese.
Microwave Keto Mug Cake

If you have access to a microwave, then Duncan Hines keto-friendly mug cakes are a yummy option when you're craving something sweet. We've tried a few other brands, but, in terms of taste, Duncan Hines mug cakes are our favorite.
This Birthday Cake mix is probably their most popular flavor. It has 5 grams of net carbs per serving and 9 grams of protein. Other flavors include double chocolate and brownie.
Olives

Olive are also being sold in take-and-go snack packs. And if you're looking for something that's salty and low in carbs and calories, these are a tasty option.
Each pack of these kalamata olives are 100 calories and each serving has zero carbs. You can also get packs of sliced black olives and pimiento stuffed olives.
