This cottage cheesecake bowl is a high-protein, low-carb, creamy and sweet breakfast, dessert, or snack that’s ready in just 5 minutes with only a few simple ingredients!

This cottage cheesecake bowl is light, creamy, and slightly sweet with the right amount of tang. It’s combined with fresh strawberries and crunchy Catalina Crunch cereal for that honey graham crust vibe. It's like cheesecake in a bowl, but much healthier!
Each serving contains about 25 grams of protein, with roughly 35% of the calories coming from protein, making it high in protein. Plus, it's low in carbs, sugar-free, and roughly 360 calories for a yummy, balanced sweet bowl.
It’s also super easy to make: simply whip cottage cheese with pudding nix, fold in the whipped cream, and top with berries and protein cereal. All done in about five minutes. Perfect as a high-protein snack, dessert, or even a sweet breakfast bowl.
Ingredients
Low-fat (2% milkfat) cottage cheese: Low-fat cottage cheese keeps the protein percentage high. However, you can swap in full-fat cottage cheese or even low-fat Greek yogurt if preferred.

Sugar-free Jell-O cheesecake pudding mix: Make sure it’s the sugar-free version. It's often sold at larger grocers or on Amazon.
Sugar-free whipped cream: Adds sweetness and fluffy texture. This is a must! We simply buy Sugar-Free Reddi Wip.
Strawberries (or berries of choice): Add fresh, fruity flavor to brighten everything up.
Catalina Crunch (Honey Graham or Cinnamon) Protein Cereal: Gives that crust-like crunch and texture, plus an extra boost of protein.
Preparation Steps
Blend base: Add the cottage cheese and sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix to a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
Fold in the whipped cream: Transfer the mixture to a bowl and fold in the sugar-free whipped cream until fully combined and fluffy.
Add toppings: Top with sliced strawberries and Catalina Crunch cereal for crunch. Serve immediately for best texture.

Expert Tips
- Always blend the cottage cheese for the right smooth, cheesecake-like texture.
- Do NOT add the whipped cream to the processor. Fold it in gently by hand to keep the mixture light and fluffy.
- Go light on the pudding mix. Sugar-free Jell-O pudding can have a slight aftertaste if you use too much, so we keep it minimal. Once it’s combined with the whipped cream, that aftertaste dissipates.
- Use store-bought sugar-free whipped cream. Regular sugar-free Reddi-wip works perfectly here and gives you the sweetness and fluff without the effort.
- Use any berries you like. Strawberries are classic, but raspberries, blueberries, or even a mix all work well.
- Protein comes from both the cottage cheese and Catalina Crunch. If you skip Catalina Crunch, we recommend adding another high-protein cereal so you don’t lose the added protein.
