Here are our go-to high-protein, low-carb products from Trader Joe's that are affordable, made with simple ingredients, and easy to turn into quick meals or snacks.

Like most people, there are certain things we always grab at Trader Joe's. Of course, we pick up the usual veggies, fruits and meat, but there are also some really solid high-protein, low-carb staples at great prices.
We love Trader Joe’s because you can find some good-quality products (made with simple, quality ingredients) without spending a ton. It’s often cheaper than other grocery stores, so it’s definitely worth the trip, especially if you’re trying to eat high-protein and low-carb without overspending.
Here are the high-protein, low-carb Trader Joe’s products that we actually buy on repeat.
Pulled Chicken Salsa Verde
This one is a super convenient option for quick Mexican meals. It’s fully cooked, tender, and has a tasty salsa verde flavor. With low-carb tortillas, you can easily turn it into chicken quesadillas, tacos or some sort of bowl or skillet with cauliflower rice.
