    Here are more than 10 egg-free, low-carb and keto breakfasts that are satisfying, delicious and quick and easy to make!

    While a lot of low-carb and keto breakfasts include eggs, it doesn't have to be that way. And we know that not everyone can eat eggs. Plus, with the rising costs of eggs, it may not be feasible to regularly have eggs on hand.

    Typical keto breakfasts without eggs include smoothies, high-protein shakes, chia pudding and low-carb granola cereals. However, breakfast can be whatever you want it to be, which is why we included cheese wrap sandwiches and low-carb tortilla pizza.
