Selecting the best low-carb and keto granola can be a bit tricky since each granola brand has its own positives and negatives. For example, some granolas have a strange aftertaste due to sugar-free sweeteners, some are crumbly in texture, while others have unfavorable ingredients.
We bought 10 brands of keto-friendly or low-carb granolas for this taste test. We then assessed each of the granolas on ingredients, net carbs, price on Amazon and taste.

1. Nature's Path Ketola Crunch (Toasted Pumpkin Seed and Vanilla Nut)

Nature's Path Ketola Crunch Granola is a decent, natural-tasting granola that isn't too sweet and has minimal to no aftertaste from sugar-free sweeteners. Plus, it's one of the crunchiest granolas on this list. After ordering from Amazon, it arrived in good condition. It wasn't too crumbly and still had many crunchy granola clumps. Furthermore, the ingredients are keto-friendly and each serving is only 1 gram of net carbs (the lowest in net carbs on this list).

If you're looking for a sweeter granola, Sola's maple pecan chocolate keto granola is one of the best. It's does have a little of an aftertaste from the sugar-free sweeteners, but it's also a little more flavorful than other granolas. However, it's not as crunchy as other granolas and it's more crumbly in texture (as opposed to larger granola clumps).

It's still one of the best keto granolas in the market due to its decent, traditional granola flavor and keto-friendly ingredients. Plus, it comes in crunchy clumps and isn't too crumbly. It's not too sweet, BUT we wish it was a little sweeter or more flavorful. It's has favorable ingredients and is 2 grams of net carbs per ⅓ cup.

However, it is a crunchy granola with keto-friendly ingredients. You can also pick it up from Whole Foods.
