Selecting the best low-carb and keto granola can be a bit tricky since each granola brand has its own positives and negatives. For example, some granolas have a strange aftertaste due to sugar-free sweeteners, some are crumbly in texture, while others have unfavorable ingredients.

We bought 10 brands of keto-friendly or low-carb granolas for this taste test. We then assessed each of the granolas on ingredients, net carbs, price on Amazon and taste.

Find out which granolas are our favorites, the lowest in net carbs, or have the best Amazon ratings.

Image of a bag of Keto and Company Keto Peanut Butter Crunch

Keto and Company makes a number of keto-friendly products including several keto granolas. We tried the peanut butter crunch flavor, and although it wasn't bad, we found it lacking flavor. It also has an aftertaste from the sugar-free sweeteners and it's higher in net carbs than other granolas on this list (nearly 3 net carbs per ¼ cup). However, it is a crunchy granola with keto-friendly ingredients. You can also pick it up from Whole Foods.

Image of a bag of Andes Secret Traditional Keto Granola

We thought Andes Secret Keto Traditional Granola was a little over toasted and somewhat off in flavor. The traditional flavor is more natural in flavor and has a little aftertaste from the sugar-free sweeteners. However, it's a crunchy granola with simple, keto-friendly ingredients.

Image of bag of Keto Wonder Granola by General Nature

General Nature makes coffee-flavored keto Wonder Granola, which is the first coffee-flavored granola we've ever tried. The coffee flavor isn't too bad, but it tastes more like hazelnut. Even though the granola is coffee-flavored, it's still somewhat bland and off in flavor. Also, the ingredients include chicory root fiber and canola oil, which may not be suitable for those on a strict keto diet.

    9. Lakanto Cinnamon Almond Crunch Granola

Lakanto, well known for their sugar-free monk fruit sweeteners, now makes keto-friendly products like granola cereal. We tried the cinnamon almond crunch flavor and found the cinnamon a bit too strong. The flavor is a little strange and the aftertaste from the sugar-free sweeteners is somewhat strong. However, the granola is crunchy and has keto-friendly ingredients.

Flavors: Cinnamon Almond Crunch, Berry Crunch, Chocolate Crunch

Net Carbs for Cinnamon Almond Crunch: 2 grams net carbs per ⅓ cup
