Selecting the best low-carb and keto granola is tricky since each granola has its own positives and negatives. For example, some granolas taste strange due to alternative sugars, or may contain tapioca starch (which increases blood sugars), or are mostly crumbs. In choosing our favorite low-carb and keto granola, we assessed the ingredients and total carbs, and weighed the flavors of each.
The winner? Low Karb Keto Nut Granola!
Why it’s our favorite low-carb and keto granola:
- Minimal aftertaste from alternative sugars
- Great flavor
- Quality ingredients: sliced almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, coconut chips, pecans, erythritol, monk fruit extract, butter, and cinnamon
- Low in carbs: 2 net carbs for ⅓ cup (10 total carbs for ⅓ cup)
The only downside is that the granola is little more crumbly than what we'd like. But, we can overlook that since the taste is delicious.
Unfortunately, we haven’t seen this at any local stores or grocers, so we purchase via Amazon.
